When we have our fridge stocked with lots of good for you things to eat, my plate usually looks like this. I cant decide what I want to eat, so I just pull everything out and get a little bit of each. Everything always ends up tasting yummy together. These were two variations from this week.
<<< between both plates >>>
grapes // cantaloupe // carrots // celery // broccolini // rice wrapped in grape leaves // guacamole // avacado slices with green onions and lemon // hummus // pimento cheese // turkey salad // seaweed and sesame chips
I love asking this question, what are your go to healthy snacks or meals?
PEACE,
Laura

ReplyDeleteWhere do I start? Veggies or organic blue corn chips with hummus for dipping....spinach and artichoke dip. Alright....and honestly every now and then..a handful of jelly bellys HA!

ReplyDeleteI have been eating alot of roasted broccoli and grape tomatoes in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, yummy!
Mmmm, all of these sound SO good!!! My favorite healthy snack is a cucumber sliced, sprinkled with salt and pepper. I also LOVE fresh fruits with a vanilla yogurt dip, or veggies with ranch dip. So good!!!

I do the platter thing all the time too, especially on grocery day...I usually have carrots, hummus, Red Hot Blue chips, extra sharp white cheddar or pimento cheese, strawberries, pretzel thins...My go-to for eating something that feels like a healthy meal is mushrooms cooked in tamari (sometimes with kale or broccoli) and couscous. It's pretty quick and one of my favorite things to eat!
ReplyDeletethese all sound so yummy, thanks for sharing girls!
