The yummiest breakfast shake...

For the past two mornings I have been enjoying the best shake I have made so far, so I thought Id share it with you.  Not only does it taste super yummy & is good for you, but its the prettiest shade of green ever.  I love shakes b/c you can pretty much use whatever you have on hand at the moment.  And sometimes this experimenting leads to wonderful things like this!

*I dont measure, so these are just guesses*
1 cup organic orange juice
1/4 cup organic pinnapple coconut juice
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mangos
handful of dandelion greens
handful of spinach greens
1 tsp ground flax seed
*optional* dash of milk for creaminess

The small glass is my liquid vitamins mixed with orange juice.  The two of these compliment each other quite well.  This little glass has become my staple along with whatever breakfast I have.  This morning, I also had a piece of peanut butter toast, yummy!!!

    I do smoothies every morning with lots of fruit, carrots, sometimes spinach and celery, and a Raw Meal Replacement powder for protein.

    I looooove it.

    I would love dandelion greens, too. They would be PERFECT in a smoothie. Good job being all healthy.
