So we decided to go to town...

...{here is the photo capture of a few hours in the life of James and Laura}...

we had to do laundry, so we drove to Lakehills to drop it off at James' parents house. This is a view of the back way to San Antonio, it is so beautiful out there...

...time check...

...always kickin my feet on the dashboard. James used to get upset, now he knows he cant do anything about it so he lets me. there are usually little toe prints all over that you can only see while driving at night...

...testing out Jonny's cd that James made {no peeking Jonny! :)}...
of course James came up with an awesome elaborate title, which i cannot give away here online...

...james and the giant coke...

...so this may be a little inappropriate, but I love my husbands arms, and yes this is a nice crotch shot, he he...

...we went to my favorite place {ANTHROPOLOGIE}...
i cant ever afford anything in here except the random teacup on sale, but i LOVE to go in there and smell the place, and touch everything, and fill my little heart with color and inspiration, i get HIGH in there...

...i spotted these new little knobs, i want them on a dresser one day!!!....

...my mother is always with us...

...a glimpse of the dress i made on my birthday, by the way, that is what i did all day! i hand sowed my tee shirt and a skirt and some scarfs together, i shall take some detail pics later, its good stuff...

...and of course the classic myspace shot of the day...

...my purse and the book my friend Sally got me at a John Lennon exhibit...

...a pic of me and my mom i put in James dashboard...
it was of us at Rockport when i was about four or five

thats all i got.

peace.

  1. That dress is seriously adorable from what I can see of it. And why would the shot of your husband's lower half be innappropriate? Not like he's naked. haha. Oh and what are the balls in the picture where you say your mom is always with you? Pearls?

  2. thanks Katelyn!

the balls are mountain laurel seeds. when she was sick she told everyone that she was going to send green beans down from heaven, but i asked her to send me mountain laurel seeds, they were always her favorite, and i remember from a little kid her always picking them up when she found them. i usually find them in odd places when i need to rethink, slow down, or just need a hug. i also have a silly picture of me sticking them up my nose, i should post it, ha ha!
