tis the season to get married...

last night we {me, james, jenn & renea} photographed my childhood best friends wedding. It was so beautiful. She is the ultimate hippie chick, and she seems truely happy and in love. I am so happy for her, and so happy to be a part of it. I do not have any wedding photos yet, downloading them as I type, but I will post my favorite from our pre-shoot...

I also sold a painting yesterday! This I am very excited about. Its not that often I sell actual artwork and not jewelry, so I am totally stoked!

So, my wonderful husband bought me the shirt from my previous blog, for my birthday! He already got it in the mail and gave it to me, although Im not suppose to wear it until my birthday! But I had to sneak it on yesterday for a quick photoshoot! You cant see much of it in this image, but thats it! I got this bird at the craft store in Kerville, which I am just wild about now, they have so much of what I love there for being a small retirement town craft store, I fit right in with all of those little old ladies! I also got me a package of 10 peacock feathers for 8.99, I was stoked! And this necklace is a custom order for a friend of mine! I love the way it turned out. Also, this is the first ever extraction ive ever done in photoshop, i just learned, exciting!

I have had a hard time focusing today. I dont feel that great. Not sure why. I tried to paint tonite.

I was going to go out to the wine bar and see my Beautiful friend Renea, but I got all moody and

irritable tonite, and then thought I didnt want to go out. Blah, i hate it when I get this way. So I

went to painting, and then I got irritated at my painting, so here I am, blogging about my irritability,

which is sort of annoying in itself, ha!

Okay, DONE WITH THAT!

my goals for right now:

1. to be a better mother to my lovebird. spend more quality time with him and teach him to love me.

2. to slow down with my work. i may not get as much done, but my wells will fill up!

3. to play and laugh more. i always need more of that

I am going to be in the delivery room with her during the birth, and I think I am more nervous than she is! I am very excited though. I wonder when James and I will have a child. All of my girlfriends are pregnant right now, it would be so cool to raise our kids together. But...and I say BUT...it would be so hard while im trying to get my business going. I think. I guess I wouldnt know until it happened.
